Harbour City Homes is a small, focussed, family run building practice specialising in new home builds and renovations throughout the North Shore area of Sydney and Forster on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
The projects we tend to take on include significant alterations and home renovations, as well as architecturally designed new home builds. Whilst not all projects are high specification architecturally designed pieces, we approach each of our projects with the same objective of achieving the best possible finish, and providing our clients with the best possible experience during the build.
We operate with a light footprint, only ever running a few projects at any given time, to ensure each of our clients receives the close attention and service that we pride ourselves on.

ABOUT OUR SYDNEY AND FORSTER BUILDING TEAM
Each project is managed and overseen in detail by John, who has close to 40 years of experience in home building, and executed by his two sons, Daniel and Elliott on site. The whole operation is underpinned by Jenny, who runs accounts and administration.
Our team is rounded out by a close and tightly held network of highly vetted and trusted tradespeople, all of whom share an underlying principle of delivering quality workmanship with great service.

The quality of the building work was exceptional and, at all times, John, Daniel and Elliott worked with me in a very collaborative way. Over the years, we have noticed that clients have been engaging with us earlier in the project than traditionally seen. Clients, now, will often begin discussions with us when they are still in the planning phase, as they are looking for practical solutions for particular issues in their builds.
