Because Harbour City Housing will handle the project from the ground up, we will take responsibility for the architectural design, the development application, the construction certificate, the engineers – structural and hydraulic, the surveyors, the certifiers, the council, the BASIX requirements, and other consultants. Then we build it – with a strong focus on time, quality and cost.
